Meet The MBCAAN Team

Katelyn Sprofera
Program Manager & Evaluation Specialist
Katelyn Sprofera developed and leads the project's Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan that is meant to track and assess the impact and effectiveness of all activities throughout the project life, with a focus on understanding the impacts of project activities on regional coordination and collaboration, and enduring capacity.

Stacey Lydon
Director of Organizational Advancement
Stacey Lydon focuses on creating an endowed fund for MBCAAN to create a stable funding source to support the Network in perpetuity. She fundraises from individuals and private foundations, as well as applies for related grants, to grow the endowed fund as well as bring in current use gifts for the Network. In addition, she assists with public outreach for MBCAAN.

Lauryn Cummins
NOAA Communications Fellow (MBCAAN/CRMB)
Lauryn Cummins is under the mentorship of the MBCAAN Coordinator, assisting CMSF and the MBCAAN Coordinator with partner communications and outreach needs, as well as other communications needs directly related to the CRRC grant. In addition, she works to showcase the implementation projects supported by the grant.
